city communication: selling/party-quest formation - Guild Wars Forums

i like this game but im getting really annoyed in trying to set up parties or sell items and since im kind of new, im not yet sure if there's an easier way around doing this so would please tell if there is so?

selling items: afaik, selling items to others is only done by broadcasting your message in a town to get everyone's attention or simply randomly asking people for a trade
how do they know where you are? what are you selling, how many of it do you got, and what price are you looking for?
ofcourse you can try to communicate ALL of this to them but that is super tedious
is there an easier way instead of these methods i explained?
if not here is my suggestion:
how about if people can make "trade lobbies" where they put a static announcement caption over their head letting anyone know that they are selling stuff. If they are selling many things then its just a matter of someone double clicking that caption to join the lobby and check it out for themselves. Even take it one step further and allow automated trade where the seller can predefine the asking price of items and allow others to join that chat lobby as if it was a NPC market and automatically buy/trade stuff if the asking price is met.

similar problem with party formation for quests
Currently i see no good way to efficiently communicate, the details of your party you'd like to join: where are you going, quests you'd like to do, lvl range of members you want to accept, etc
i suggest a similar static caption that you can announce your intentions of a party and then have more predefined details on your quest inside the chat lobby so you dont have to repeat yourself manually for every other interested player that comes by.
and once in a party i think there could be a menu that tells you what quests your party members have, and the name of quest [along with info on if you have this quest, already done it, or are simultaneously completing it with your party] thats currently being undertaken by another member. Probably can even include a vote feature among a large party on what quest to take at a time.

i know this is not the official guild wars site so is there anyway i can communicate suggestions to the devs?
